FOR US TO THRIVE.

Fibonacci sequence…
Gravity…
Fingerprints…
Love notes of a Divine Creator

Belonging
Hope
It is impossible to
kill, steal, and destroy -
and expect…
harmony and peace.

manipulate, adjust
twist or malign to
“fool the system…”
and not accept -
WE ARE THE FOOLS.
Because - moral absolutes exist.
They hold the keys to FREEDOM.
They are the deepest expression
of true love.
That One would lay down

Decrepit
Maligned
Broken
Rich
Innately beautiful
Despicably ugly
Battered
Bruised
Blessed
Grossly sinful
Insanely righteous
Dementia ridden

has been made an offer -
in exchange for one thing…

you will LOSE it;

In order to FIND our life -
we must first LOSE it.
And take up our cross
and follow Someone
other than ourselves.

The clincher from which
many walk away.
We have to follow Him -
To rest in green pastures…
Sit at the table…
Love our enemies…
Make it through the valley of death…
See from mountaintops…
Survive lonely battles…
It’s LOVE that prevents Him
from offering -
“You do you and I’ll do me…”
He knows.
It will never work.
We need Him.
Too much.
We need His wisdom.
His grace.
His mercy
His love
To survive.
He is the cornerstone…
The pivotal piece…

The Truth…
The Life..
Warm fuzzies or not -
No one gets to the Father…
Except through Him.
WITHOUT HIM we are nothing.
Made and fashioned in His image from dust - nothing.
WITH HIM we are everything -
He makes up our deficits.
Every flaw.
Every puzzling mystery.
He is so much more than a three letter prefix “pro”
He is God.
The Alpha and Omega.
The One who breathes LIFE
into our lungs.
Without Him…
We spin and weave
twist and turn
work and STRIVE…
to take His place -
And in the end -
we never THRIVE.
WITHOUT Him -
we are DEAD.
But WITH Him…
we are made - truly ALIVE.
